Lauren Meckel is an actor from Spring, Texas with Mexican, German, and British ancestry. She has been acting since she was a child and has performed in theaters in the US, New Zealand, and Scotland. Lauren is also a forensic anthropologist and has a Ph.D. in Anatomy. Her work in forensics and human rights issues along the Texas/Mexico border has been featured on the Criminal podcast, National Geographic, and The New York Times. Lauren is currently based in San Marcos, TX and New Orleans with her husband Christian and her pup Wyatt.
